Meg Wayne

Meg Wayne is a seasoned motion designer with extensive experience across various roles in design and creative direction. Currently serving as a Motion Designer at Linear since June 2025, previous positions include Lead Designer at Webflow from May 2019 to June 2025, where responsibilities encompassed the conceptualization and execution of large cross-functional campaigns and product launches, as well as the development of internal design guidelines. Prior to Webflow, Meg held the title of Creative Director at BAMF.com, leading a team of designers to create diverse multimedia content for clients in multiple industries. Additional experience includes a Creative Director role at Sylaps, focusing on brand identity through marketing and product design, and an Art Director position at OTTA, managing advertising visual direction and motion graphics production.
