Hila Refael

Hila Refael has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. In 1997, they began their career as a Sales Representative and Events Manager at Holiday Inn. Hila then moved on to Gilat Satellite Networks in 1998, where they held the roles of FP&A Manager, Sales and Marketing Coordinators and VPs Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO, and Personal Assistant to the CEO and FP&A Legal Department. In 2016, they joined DRIVENETS as an Executive Assistant to C-level management and Office Manager. In 2019, they took on the role of Workplace Experience Manager and Executive Assistant at OwnBackup. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as the Global Operations Manager at LinearB.

Hila Refael received their Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management and Tourism from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1997, and their Master's Degree in Master of Science in Professional Communication (M.S.P.C.) from Clark University in 2002.
