Jenna Smith began their career in 2012 as a Customer Support Manager at Gooten. In 2015, they joined Code Climate as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Support Lead. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager at Code Climate. In 2021, they moved to MongoDB as a Customer Success Manager and, in 2022, they joined LinearB as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
