Val Cabral has worked in various roles since 2009. In 2009, Val worked as a Receptionist, Sales Assistant, and AP/AR Assistant at Charles D. Sheehy. In 2012, Val moved to MEDITECH, where they worked as an Applications Specialist. In 2014, Val joined InsightSquared as a Senior Product Consultant and Customer Engagement Analyst. In 2015, they joined Package Concierge, Inc. as a Director of Product and Client Services and Senior Product Manager. In 2018, Val moved to Salsify, where they worked as a Lead Support Engineer, Senior Customer Support Consultant, and Customer Champion. In 2021, Val joined Simpplr as a Customer Support Engineer. Currently, Val is working as a Technical Support Engineer at LinearB.
Val Cabral has a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from Wheaton College Massachusetts, which they obtained between 2004 and 2009. They also took classes in Psychology at Curry College in 2005 and Japanese Language at Showa Boston Institute for Language and Culture in 2005. Prior to those classes, Val Cabral attended Bridgewater State University from 2002 to 2004, and West Bridgewater Middle Senior High School from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a High School diploma. Val Cabral also holds two additional certifications, Syndication Proficiency from Salsify obtained in June 2021, and PIM Proficiency from Salsify obtained in March 2021.
