Ana A. is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across various companies and regions. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA Agile, DACH, and UK & Ireland at Linesight since October 2023, Ana has previously held the role of Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner for DACH at Huawei, where responsibilities included full cycle recruitment and managing a high volume of requisitions, resulting in over 140 hires. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions, where Ana established HR operations for a startup and developed key processes and policies. Additionally, Ana has worked at Hays as a Consultant conducting candidate analyses and interviews, and at Iscte Junior Consulting as a Human Resources Consultant focusing on recruitment and performance appraisal optimization. Ana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Consultancy from ISCTE Business School, a Bachelor's degree from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and completed an Erasmus program at Masaryk University Brno.
