Anne Rush

Anne was promoted to Global Director, People and Organisational Development in December 2021 and is a valued member of Linesight’s Executive team. She initially joined Linesight in late 2019 as HR Business Partner bringing 25+ years’ global experience in resource development and management. Anne is passionate about championing diversity and inclusivity and is focused on nurturing Linesight’s culture as the company grows. Anne manages the global P&OD team maintaining a keen focus on creating an environment that attracts, stretches, supports and develops talent in a way that adds real value for teams themselves, as well as for Linesight’s coveted client base.
