Frank Cullen

Frank Cullen is currently the Director of Cost Management at Linesight in Dublin, where they oversee various projects within sectors such as data centers, healthcare, and aviation. With a background in large international engineering contractors, Frank previously held positions at companies including Mercury Engineering, Rotary International Ltd, and KBR, Inc., focusing on MEP quantity surveying. They earned both a BSc and MSc in Quantity Surveying from the Dublin Institute of Technology and are a probationary member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors.
