James Boland is an Associate Director in Construction Project Management with over 14 years of experience in the NYC construction market. Having filled various roles in both consulting and contracting, James has developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Prior to their project management career, James was awarded the National Apprentice of the Year in Ireland in 2007 and achieved a top ten ranking at the Worldskills competition in Japan. James holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and is currently contributing to the project management team at Linesight, supporting Tishman Speyer on the JPMC’s 383 Madison Avenue renovation.
