Mike Cheng

Mike Cheng is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in project management and contract administration across various industries. Currently, Mike serves as the Commercial Manager at Linesight, delivering a significant data centre project in Singapore. Prior to this role, Mike held a similar position at Amec Foster Wheeler, overseeing business acquisition and managing proposal and estimating teams. Additionally, Mike has a background in sales and tendering for large-scale chemical, LNG, and life sciences projects at Technip China, and has managed contracts for major oil and gas projects in Singapore and Malaysia. Mike's career began as a mechanical engineer at Gamuda Berhad, followed by project management roles at Biwater, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering and project execution. Mike holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from USM.
