Paul Boylan

Joining Linesight in 2002, Paul has amassed 25+ years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive knowledge and expertise across multiple sectors globally including in Life Sciences, Data Centers, Commercial Real Estate, High-Tech Industrial, Residential and Retail amongst others. As Group CEO, he takes a leading role in all market-facing matters within the organization, to ensure that clients in every region get the most benefit from the experience. Paul has built strategic partnerships with many of Linesight’s major international clients, working on a diverse range of complex and interesting build projects. He specializes in strategy and program consultancy and is a Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland/Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI/RICS).
