Romain Malartre

Romain Malartre is a construction economist and project manager with extensive experience in cost management and project oversight within the construction industry. Romain began with an internship at LafargeHolcim in 2015, followed by roles at Monaghans, where responsibilities included feasibility studies and project tracking for TKMaxx projects in the UK. Romain then served as a Project Manager at BUSH Architecture Paris for Primark projects, before transitioning to Arcadis as a Construction Project Manager and Cost Manager, overseeing projects from design to completion, including work for DS Automobiles. Currently employed at Linesight as a Cost Manager, Romain focuses on new office building projects within the pharmaceutical sector. Romain holds a degree in Construction Economics from Ecole ECOTEC and a BTS in Construction Studies from Lycée La Martinière Monplaisir.
