Rubina Charkha

Rubina Charkha is a Senior Cost Manager at Linesight, bringing approximately 18 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost management across various sectors, including data centers, life sciences, residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Rubina began their career as a Junior Estimator at Dongre Associates from 2005 to 2008, later progressing to Senior Cost Estimator at Pratham Enterprises. After a role as Contract Manager with Dongre Project Management Consultants from 2018 to 2019, Rubina took on the position of Cost Manager at Panora Infrastructure before returning to Linesight. Rubina holds a degree from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, which they completed in 2004.
