Shauna Kerr

Shauna Kerr MRICS is an accomplished professional in the field of quantity surveying with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Since June 2017, Shauna has held various roles at Linesight, currently serving as Associate Director and previously as Commercial Manager and MRICS Senior Cost Manager. Additionally, Shauna has contributed as an Assessor for RICS since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Cost Manager at Bruceshaw LLP from March 2016 to May 2017 and as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at ThyssenKrupp from March 2015 to March 2016. Shauna began the career at Bruceshaw LLP, where roles included Placement Student and Graduate Cost Manager from July 2011 to February 2015. Shauna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, obtained in 2013.
