Siying Ng

Siying Ng, MSISV, is a Senior Cost Manager at Linesight and a Property Valuer at Huttons Real Estate Group, where they determine the current fair market value of properties. With extensive experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Rider Levett Bucknall LLP from 2008 to 2022, Siying managed work packages from pre-contract to post-contract stages, overseeing budget estimation and contractor claims. They also served as a part-time lecturer at the Building and Construction Authority in 2016, teaching courses on cost management and estimation. Siying holds a Diploma in Building & Property Management from Singapore Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Science in Building from the National University of Singapore.
