Stephen Bourke

Stephen Bourke is an Associate Director at Linesight, a position they have held since 2025. They previously worked as a Senior Cost Manager and Cost Manager at Linesight from 2019 to 2022, and as a Construction Estimator at Rivco Construction Corp from 2013 to 2017. Stephen began their career as a Junior Quantity Surveyor at Walls Constructions in 2011 and also served as a Document Controller at Integrated Facilities Solutions. They hold an Honours Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying from the Waterford Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2012.
