Steven Cooke

As Group Director - Strategic Growth, Steven is responsible for customer experience and service excellence, with this role spanning all geographies and service lines. He drives innovation and technological solutions for service elevation, chairing Linesight’s Con Tech Forum, and acts as Executive Sponsor of its Global DE&I Council. Steven joined Linesight in 2000 in its Dublin headquarters. He has held several senior leadership roles for Linesight, including Executive Vice President - Americas, whereby he was responsible for all service lines and operational efficiencies within the region, and made a significant impact on regional performance and growth. Before this, Steven was Regional Director - GCC, co-founding operations in-region and growing the organization's strategic footprint.
