Chris Spray

Chris Spray is currently the Customer Success Director at LineView Solutions, where Chris helps improve performance in food, pharma, or beverage manufacturing sites. Chris is also the Founding Trustee of Mental Health Charity Mind Over Mountains and the former Company Owner of Kelsall Cycles. With a background in change management and operations, Chris has supported major programmes across diverse industries at Waverley Learning and Spring Coaching and Consulting. Prior to their current roles, Chris held positions at Coca-Cola Enterprises and Britvic Soft Drinks, demonstrating a strong track record in leadership and strategic direction. Chris holds a BEng(hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bradford and has also completed a program at Cranfield School of Management.
