Neil Gray

Neil Gray is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in product strategy and management, with a focus on enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions. As the Interim CTO/CPO at LineView Solutions since January 2023, Neil has been instrumental in transitioning to a cloud infrastructure, driving product improvements and differentiation. Neil is the Founder, Investor, and Advisor at UpLink.works, providing guidance to graduates on career success, leveraging scientific assessments of soft skills. As Managing Director at Agora Cubed, Neil aids clients in optimizing productivity and competitiveness through strategic reevaluation. Previous roles include Founder and CEO of Veclipse Telecommunications, where Neil delivered Trader Voice solutions, and VP of Product Management at IPC Systems, Inc., overseeing a substantial product development budget. Neil also founded Purple Voice, pioneering software-based intercom solutions for the financial sector. Educationally, Neil holds a BSc Hons in Electronic Engineering & Management from Durham University.
