Flo Villa

Flo Villa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently, Flo is working at Lingaro as the Director of Account Delivery. Prior to this role, Flo held the position of D&A Delivery Leader at the same company.

In addition to working at Lingaro, Flo is a member of various professional associations including the Analytics & Artificial Intelligence Association of the Philippines (AAP), the International Association of Business Analytics Certifications (IABAC), the Association of Enterprise Architects (AEA), and the Fintech Philippines Association.

Before joining Lingaro, Flo worked at the Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc. (RAFI), where they held several leadership positions including Head of Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation Head, Head of Business Excellence and Innovation, and Head of Corporate Solutions & Chief Solutions Architect. Prior to RAFI, Flo worked at Lexmark as a Lead Analyst in Global Research & Corporate Strategy and in the IT Project and Change Management Office (PCMO).

Flo also has teaching experience as a faculty member in the Business Administration and Economics Department at the University of Cebu. Earlier in their career, Flo worked at WinKey Online English Academy, Inc. as the Business Support Director and at HP as a Team Leader and Associate Technical Consultant.

Flo Villa has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Organizational Development from the University of Cebu, obtained from 2015 to 2017. In addition, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology, earned from 2004 to 2009. Flo Villa also has obtained various certifications in project management, data science, enterprise architecture, business process improvement, instructional design, graphic design, and quality management system, among others, from different institutions such as the Humanitarian Leadership Academy, Save the Children International, The Open Group, Ateneo Graduate School of Business CCE, Lynda.com, Lexmark International, Inc., ASQ - World Headquarters. The certifications were obtained between 2012 and 2022.
