Erik Heilert

Erik Heilert has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies and roles. Erik began their career in 2004 as a Part Owner at Kalabalik Kommunikation, where they worked until 2007. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Technical Support Specialist and later as a Team Coach at Anthill. In 2009, they joined H1 Communication AB as a Team Manager, where they worked until 2011. Erik then moved on to Arvato CRM Solutions, where they held various positions including Team Manager and Service Delivery Manager from 2011 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Senior Operations Manager at Webhelp Deutschland. Currently, Erik is working at Lingoda GmbH, where they have held the positions of Head of Operations and Senior Head of Operations - B2C & B2B since 2020.

Erik Heilert attended Lund University from 2001 to 2005, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Erik did not obtain a specific degree during this period.

In addition to their formal education, Erik Heilert has also obtained certifications in project management. In June 2021, they completed the "Foundations of Project Management" course offered by Google. In May 2021, they also completed the "Initiating and Planning Projects" course through the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.
