Jonathan Archibald

Jonathan Archibald's work experience begins in 2003 as a Test Analyst at Manpower Software, where they primarily focused on testing their workforce planning software. Jonathan then moved on to Brightwave Ltd in 2004, starting as a Junior Developer/Network Administrator and producing e-Learning courseware.

At Brightwave Ltd, Jonathan held various roles, including Lead Developer, where they led a team of developers and was responsible for meeting clients, gathering requirements, and developing web-based e-Learning courses. Jonathan then became a Senior Technical Architect/Lead Developer, where they were in charge of software design and implementation.

In 2011, Jonathan transitioned to the role of Head of Products at Brightwave Group, where their key achievement was the design and creation of the website www.tessello.co.

From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Brightwave Ltd, leading the company's technical vision and driving the success of the tessello product.

In 2016, they became the Managing Director of Brightwave Group, responsible for all aspects of the business. During their tenure, they achieved record sales, profits, and revenues and successfully managed the transition and integration to Capita Learning Services.

From 2017 to 2021, Jonathan worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Capita Learning Services, overseeing a wide range of learning businesses and technologies.

In 2021, they joined AXELOS Global Best Practice as the Chief Technology Officer, tasked with leading the digital transformation roadmap and replacing legacy systems with new digital products and services.

And most recently, in 2022, Jonathan became the Chief Technology Officer at Lingoda GmbH.

Jonathan Archibald attended the University of Leicester from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology (Hons) with a 2:1 grade. Jonathan'sfield of study focused on Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences.
