Michael Asnes

Michael Asnes has held various positions in the software industry since 2012. In 2012, they started as an Intern at Lingoport, where they worked on Linux Configuration, Tutorial Development, and Configuration Management. In 2014, they became an Intern at Bivio Software, Inc., where they worked on back-end web development and automated testing, developing in Python, and working with Flask and SQLAlchemy. In 2015, they returned to Lingoport as a Solutions Engineer, providing SaaS solutions tailored to varying client functional and security requirements. Michael also supported pre-sales and post-sales customer success during software POC and implementation, and instructed clients regarding product functionality. Additionally, they held the role of Deployment Engineer, configuring the Lingoport Suite within enterprise customer environments, and managing Linux configuration (Bash, Python, Ansible) (CentOS/RHEL) and Jenkins deployment, upgrades, and management. Finally, they held the role of Jr. Software Developer.

Michael Asnes attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2010 to 2015 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Theirmajors were in Philosophy and Computer Science.
