Anish Gupta

Anish Gupta is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Managing Partner and CIO at Lingotto since October 2023, focusing on the Lingotto Leadership Fund. Prior to this role, Anish held various positions including Investment Professional at Elliott Investment Management L.P. from April 2021 to July 2023, Investment Analyst at The Baupost Group from October 2018 to April 2021, and Analyst in Real Estate Private Equity at The Blackstone Group from February 2017 to October 2018. Early career experiences include roles in investment banking at Nomura and UniCredit, as well as corporate finance at AXA. Anish holds a Master’s in Management (Grande Ecole Program) specializing in International Finance from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, supplemented by a student exchange program at Ecole des Mines d'Alès.
