Eliot Westdorp

Eliot Westdorp is a dedicated academic professional with extensive experience in teaching and education. Currently serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Georgia since August 2020, Eliot has taught various Spanish courses. Previous roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant at Michigan State University, contributing as a Spanish instructor and study abroad assistant for the Santander Study Abroad Program. Eliot also has experience as an English Teaching Assistant in Spain, a Substitute Teacher in the Kent ISD School District, and an ESL Teacher in diverse classroom settings. Additional work experience includes teaching English to adults in Spain and various customer service roles. Eliot holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Hispanic Linguistics from The University of Georgia, a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor's degree from Grand Valley State University.
