Warner Philips

Warner Philips is a seasoned investment professional serving as the Managing Partner at Rubio Impact Ventures since March 2015, focusing on impactful entrepreneurship. In addition to this role, Warner holds multiple positions as a Board Member at companies such as Lingvist, SkillLab, and SkinVision, while also contributing to the Nederlandse Vereniging van Participatiemaatschappijen (NVP) as part of the VC Committee to enhance the Dutch venture capital landscape. Warner acts as a Venture Advisor for FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank, and is an Angel Investor in Powerhive, which develops solar-powered microgrids. Additional involvement includes serving as a Board Observer for OLIO and Sama and a Fund Advisor for Obvious Ventures. Warner Philips earned a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam and completed executive education at London Business School.
