LinHR Consulting Inc. was founded in April 2010 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is Canada's only Human Resource and Payroll Consulting Company specialized in providing the complete spectrum of HR-relate services to Chinese SME's across Canada. 

In 2017, LinHR has been awarded as a ProServices Supply Arrangement in the stream of Human Resources Management with Federal Government of Canada.

In 2018, LinHR has become a Vendor of Management Consulting Services for Ontario government.
