Paula Clemente

Paula Clemente currently serves as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for the Western Region at Linical, a position held since July 2021, where Paula has also contributed as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialist. Prior experience includes roles at The Park as Site Manager and Site Coordinator from November 2016 to July 2021, and at Syneos Health, formerly known as INC Research/inVentiv Health, as an Internal Recruiter for EMEA from January 2014 to September 2016. Additionally, Paula worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hobson Prior and as a Content Executive at Accuity. Paula holds a degree in Publicity and Public Relations from Universitat d'Alacant and a Master of Science in International Relations from the University of Bristol.
