Eric Gordon

Eric Gordon serves as the Director of Quality and Lean System Manager at Link-Belt Cranes since January 2017. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Regional Lean Manager at Ryder System, Inc. from August 2016 to December 2016, where responsibilities included leading Lean Transformation efforts for the Midwest Region. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Operational Excellence Engineer at Lexmark International, Inc. from September 2011 to June 2016, focusing on Lean Enterprise Transformation, and as Continuous Improvement Manager at ThyssenKrupp Budd from June 2002 to November 2004, overseeing process improvement initiatives in a large manufacturing environment. Eric obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville, completing studies between 1990 and 1996.
