Evan Erickson

Evan Erickson currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Liberty Ion and as an Executive Advisor at LiNK-BT, both positions starting in late 2023. Prior to these roles, Evan was the Chief Executive Officer at TexPower EV Technologies, Inc. from February 2019 to October 2023. An academic background includes a Research Fellow position at The University of Texas at Austin from July 2017 to July 2019, where significant work was done on optimizing and characterizing transition metal oxides for battery applications. Evan also held a Post-Doctoral Fellow role at Bar-Ilan University from October 2012 to May 2017, focusing on Li-rich materials and managing research collaborations with prominent institutions. Evan earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Spanish from North Dakota State University.
