At LINK Community & Transport we believe everyone deserves to retain their personal independence, stay connected, and access essential services. For over 40 years, we have provided reliable assisted transport that empowers people to live with dignity, independence, and joy.

We build stronger, connected communities by offering safe, affordable, and inclusive transport alongside social outings and practical home support solutions. We aim to enable individuals – especially older Australians, people with disabilities, and those who are socially isolated – to maintain their independence and quality of life.
