Joseph Milad has a comprehensive work experience in the technology industry. Joseph started their career as a Network Engineer at LINKdotNET in 1998 and worked until 2000. Joseph then joined LINKdotNET again in 2001 and held the position of System Engineering Director until 2009. In 2010, Joseph joined Link Datacenter where they served as the Director until April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of SMB at Link Datacenter, starting in July 2022.
Joseph Milad earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Zagazig University, which they attended from 1989 to 1995. Joseph later pursued an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management at The German University in Cairo, completing their studies from 2008 to 2013.
