Ahmed ElArabi has over 10 years of work experience in various roles in the technology and finance sectors. Ahmed started their career as an Account Officer at Egyptian Arabian Securities Company - EAC Themer in 2009. In 2011, they joined Mubasher.Info as a Business Analyst and later became a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner, responsible for managing different products. In 2018, Ahmed joined INTDV as a Product Owner, where they worked with a team of AI engineers on automation data management, recommendation, and facial recognition. Ahmed also prioritized tasks and managed the product backlog. Currently, Ahmed is employed at Link Development as a Senior Lead System Analyst, starting in 2019 and later transitioning to the role of Lead System Analyst.

Ahmed ElArabi completed a Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Ain Shams University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from Tanta University, specializing in the Accounting Department from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmed has obtained several certifications. In March 2023, they completed the User Story Masterclass offered by Udemy. In August 2022, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance. In June 2020, they completed the course on "How to Build Digital Products" offered by Product School. In June 2019, Ahmed obtained the Agile Product Owner(ship) certification from Udemy. In the same year, they also completed the Data Analysis course and received a Verified Certificate of Completion from Udacity. Furthermore, in March 2019, they obtained the Scrum Fundamental Certified certification from SCRUMstudy. Additionally, in November 2015, Ahmed completed a Project Management Diploma with a specialization in Information Technology Project Management from RITI. Lastly, in January 2012, they obtained a certification in Requirements Gathering and Analysis from the Chamber of Information Technology & Telecommunication (CIT).
