Mina Youssef

Mina Youssef has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Mina started their career at Vodafone as a Customer Service Agent, where they focused on delivering information to customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Mina then worked at ECCO Outsourcing as an IT Help Desk, where they responded to technical assistance requests and resolved hardware and software issues. Mina later became a Senior Help-Desk Specialist at the same company, providing first-line support for all users.

In 2014, Mina joined ECCO Outsourcing as a System Administrator, responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and computer systems. Mina then transitioned to Link Development, where they initially worked as a System Engineer, overseeing Active Directory installations, configurations, and full administration. Later on, they were promoted to the position of Senior System Engineer, continuing their work on infrastructure systems through a ticketing system.

Throughout their career, Mina Youssef has gained extensive knowledge and experience in IT system engineering, Active Directory administration, server management, and user support.

Mina Youssef completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information System from Ain Shams Academy from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended El Tawfikeya High School in Shubra, Cairo from 2004 to 2006, but their degree and field of study are not mentioned for this period. Mina Youssef also holds various certifications including Microsoft Azure Architect Design, Microsoft Azure Architect Technologies, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert obtained in October 2019. In addition, they obtained the Veeam Technical Sales Professional (VMTSP) certification from Veeam Software in February 2017. Mina also holds certifications from Microsoft, including MCSA2012 obtained in June 2013, Installing and Configuring Windows Server 2012 obtained in December 2012, Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure obtained in August 2012, and Windows 7, Configuring obtained in February 2012.
