Andy Millard has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Andy is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Link Engine Management, where they oversee the development of engine management software and control units. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Steel & Tube Ltd, including General Manager of Distribution and General Manager of Marketing. Andy also served as the Business Group Director at the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa and the General Manager of Marketing & Communications at Sport New Zealand. Before that, they gained experience in regional management and marketing roles at companies such as Carters Building Supplies, Goldpine, and Gecko Management Pty Ltd. Andy began their career as a Management Trainee at Tubemakers of Australia Limited.

Andy Millard has a diverse education history. Andy obtained a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand in 2021. In 2004, they completed the Executive Education OPM Program at the Harvard Business School. In 2009, they pursued a Master's Degree in Commerce & Administration (Marketing) from Victoria University of Wellington. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing & Management from Edith Cowan University between 1995 and 1998. In 1982, Andy obtained a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from North Metropolitan TAFE. In 2015, they received a PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioners Certification in Project Management from The Knowledge Academy.
