Andrew Johnson

Andrew Johnson has a diverse work experience in the field of HR technology and analytics. Andrew is currently working as the Director of HR Technology and Analytics at Link Logistics since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of HR Systems and Analytics at the Chicago Cubs from February 2022 to January 2023. Andrew also worked as a Human Resources Information System Analyst at the same company from January 2020 to February 2022. Before joining the Chicago Cubs, Andrew served as a Workday Senior Analyst at Mercer | CPSG Partners from August 2018 to January 2020. Andrew has also worked briefly as a Temporary Employee at CSE Talent in 2017 and as a Transportation Coordinator at the Association of Yale Alumni for a short period in 2016.

Andrew Johnson attended Yale University from 2014 to 2018, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In 2016, they also participated in a Summer Session at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), studying International Relations and Affairs.
