Bianca Curtis

Bianca Curtis has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on industrial and commercial properties. Bianca is currently serving as the Vice President of Property Operations for the West Region at Link Logistics Real Estate, a subsidiary of Blackstone. Prior to this, Bianca worked at The Koll Company as the Director of Operations.

Before joining The Koll Company, Bianca held multiple roles at DCT Industrial, including Vice President of West Region Property Management and Senior Property Manager. Bianca also served as an Asset Services Director at CB Richard Ellis, where they managed a portfolio of over 20 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail properties in Southern California.

Bianca's early career includes a role as the Regional Director of Property Management at Panattoni Development Company, where they oversaw property management operations in the Southern California region. Bianca began their career at Ace Parking as a Location Manager.

Throughout their career, Bianca has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional customer service. Bianca is known for their ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and brokers, and they are experienced in budgeting, reporting, and team management.

Bianca Curtis attended UC San Diego from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies and Planning.
