Bob Gallagher

Bob Gallagher, CPA, currently serves as Fund Controller at Link Logistics Real Estate since August 2020. Previously, Bob held the position of Director of Accounting and Reporting at RAIT Financial Trust from May 2017 to March 2020, responsible for all accounting and financial reporting for a publicly held mortgage REIT. Bob's extensive experience at Capmark includes roles such as Controller and VP of Corporate Accounting, where key responsibilities involved overseeing corporate accounting functions, technical accounting matters, and the accounting processes for loan and REO assets. Bob's career began at Ernst and Young as a Supervising Senior Auditor, focusing on audit engagements in financial services and manufacturing. Bob earned a BS in Accounting from Villanova University, with earlier education at Devon Prep and Loyola University Maryland.
