Bryce Richards

Bryce Richards is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Associate Director of Regional Construction at Link Logistics since September 2023. In this role, Bryce is tasked with executing complex capital expenditure and tenant improvement projects in the Dallas region while ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. Previously, Bryce worked as a Project Manager at Fairfield Residential, focusing on the development of high-end multifamily apartment complexes, and at Cumming Group for Amazon's Post Occupancy Projects in the DFW area. Bryce has held various significant positions at Prologis, including leading a team as Western Region Interim Director of Operations Construction, and managing operations as a Senior Construction Project Manager.
