Ed Valerio Cpm

Ed Valerio has over 24 years of experience in the real estate industry. Ed is currently working at Link Logistics as the Assistant Vice President - Leasing, where they serve as the primary point of contact for all leasing matters in Phoenix and Las Vegas. Prior to their current role, Ed was an Associate Director at Link.

Before joining Link Logistics, Ed worked at Knight Management as the Director of Property Management, overseeing all day-to-day management activities of the company in Phoenix, AZ. Knight Management is the longest-tenured commercial real estate management firm in Maricopa County, exclusively managing real estate portfolios for third-party clients.

Ed also held the position of Vice President of Property Operations at Irgens, where they had oversight of the national portfolio of properties. In this role, they focused on enhancing asset value, meeting compliance standards, and improving tenant experience. Ed was with Irgens for over seven years.

Prior to their time at Irgens, Ed worked as the General Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, as well as a Property Manager at Liberty Property Trust, Polacheck Property Management (CBRE), and Irgens Development Partners, LLC.

Throughout their career, Ed has gained expertise in asset management, property and facility management, leasing, and client relations.

Ed Valerio, CPM has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate, which they obtained from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1992 to 1996. Ed also holds a certification as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). In addition, Ed Valerio has obtained additional certifications including a Real Estate Designated Broker license from the Arizona Department of Real Estate in February 2019.
