Eric Gilbert

Eric Gilbert has a comprehensive work experience in development and engineering roles. Eric is currently the Managing Director of Development at Link Industrial Properties since February 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Development Officer at Tradepoint Atlantic from October 2015 to February 2020. Additionally, they served as the Executive Vice President of Development at Tradepoint Atlantic from October 2015 to September 2017. Eric also worked as the SVP Development at CenterPoint Properties from October 2001 to October 2015. Eric began their career as a Project Manager at TranSystems from October 1999 to September 2001. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineer at CEMCON, Ltd. from August 1997 to September 1999 and at RW Dunteman Company from January 1995 to August 1997.

Eric Gilbert attended Bradley University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
