Eric Penaranda

Eric Penaranda has extensive work experience in the industrial real estate industry. Eric most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Market Officer at Link Industrial Properties since September 2019. Prior to that, they held positions at GLP as the VP - Regional Director from April 2019 to September 2019 and as Vice President from August 2018 to April 2019. Eric also worked at DCT Industrial as the Director of Leasing from August 2013 to August 2018. Before that, Eric worked at CBRE as an Industrial Real Estate Broker from April 2012 to August 2013, and at Grubb & Ellis | Commercial Florida as an Industrial Sales Associate from July 2009 to May 2012. Eric began their career at Hardin Construction as a Project Manager from October 2005 to February 2009, where they were responsible for various aspects of project management and LEED certification.

Eric Penaranda attended the University of North Florida - College of Business Administration from 2000 to 2004. Eric pursued a degree in Real Estate and Building Construction Management with a focus on Real Estate Development.
