Greg Carder

Greg Carder has a strong background in technology and architecture, with a focus on real estate and client service delivery applications. Greg has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

Most recently, Greg worked at Link Logistics as the VP, Lead Enterprise Solutions Architect, starting in 2023.

Prior to that, Greg worked at JLL Technologies from 2020 to 2022. Greg served as the Chief Architect (Executive Director) Core, where they managed a global team of IT architects and made key decisions affecting architecture standards. Greg also worked as the Director of Engineering, leading a large team supporting JLL's real estate management services. During their time at JLL Technologies, Greg was responsible for managing teams that generated significant revenue for the company.

Before JLL Technologies, Greg worked at JLL starting in 2004. Greg served as the Enterprise Application Architect, where they acted as a technical expert for corporate outsourcing business lines. Greg also held the role of Americas Director of Architecture and Data, SVP, where they managed a team of architects and engineering leads and oversaw various technical areas, including custom development and data architecture. Greg also served as the Americas Development Manager, where they managed engineering teams covering JLL's Americas and Corporate Solutions business.

Prior to their time at JLL, Greg worked at Darwin Technology Group as a Managing Consultant, where they provided individual work for clients and supported internal company projects.

Greg's career started at Dunn Solutions Group in 1994, where they worked as a Project Leader on various consulting projects for companies such as Ameritech, Allstate, Abbott Laboratories, and NiGas.

Overall, Greg Carder has extensive experience in technology and architecture, particularly in the real estate industry, and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Greg Carder earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Greg attended the university from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from Loyalist Certification Services in January 2013.
