J. Suarez

J. Suarez, M.S. has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and business development. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Assistant for Export Americas Corp, where they contributed to the design and implementation of business operations in the U.S. and Latin America. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Marketing Coordinator for the Florida Foreign Trade Association, establishing a network of contacts in various trade agencies.

Moving forward, Suarez joined Miami Free Zone in 2010 as the Director of Leasing & Marketing, overseeing the overall strategy and management of leasing, marketing, and PR activities. J. then transitioned to PS Business Parks in 2016, assuming multiple roles, including National Marketing Manager and Leasing & Marketing Director. In these positions, they spearheaded the company's marketing, communication, and PR initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and leading a marketing team. Notably, Suarez played a key role in the successful launch of a new company website and the implementation of automation technologies, resulting in increased leads and streamlined processes.

Currently, Suarez holds the position of Director of Marketing, Business Parks at Link Logistics, where they are responsible for marketing and business development for a substantial U.S.-only portfolio of logistics real estate.

J. Suarez, M.S. has a Master's Degree in Marketing from Florida International University, which was obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Certificate in Import-Export & Supply Chain Management from the same university in 2015. In addition to their academic degrees, J. Suarez has obtained several certifications including the Google Analytics Certification from Google in October 2016, the Import-Export and Supply Chain Management certification from Florida International University in May 2015, and the Marketing Accounting & Financial Analysis certification from Florida International University in March 2011.
