James Kantonides

James Kantonides, CMA has significant experience in financial planning and analysis, with a current role as AVP of Financial Planning & Analysis at Link Logistics Real Estate starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Finance Manager at The Wormald Companies from April 2020 to December 2021.

Before that, James held various positions at Vornado Realty Trust, including Assistant Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from March 2020 to April 2020, and Senior Financial Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis from May 2018 to February 2020.

James also worked as a Senior Accountant at Catalent Pharma Solutions from February 2017 to May 2018, and as a Revenue Accountant at Envigo from May 2015 to February 2017, with a previous role as Trainee Revenue Accountant from November 2014 to April 2015.

James started their career as a Staff Accountant at Charm City Cakes from January 2013 to May 2014. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Junior Business Analyst at JUICE Pharma Worldwide from July 2011 to August 2012, and as a Finance Intern at The Madison Square Garden Company from January 2011 to May 2011.

James Kantonides, CMA has a strong educational background in accounting and finance. James obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from New Jersey City University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance at Pace University - Lubin School of Business, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, James has also obtained two certifications to further enhance their professional skills. In October 2020, they earned the IMA Data Analytics & Visualization Fundamentals Certificate from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants. This certification demonstrates their proficiency in data analytics and visualization in the field of management accounting. James also holds the CMA® (Certified Management Accountant) designation, which they earned in April 2018 from the Certified Management Accountant: CMA® institution. This certification highlights their expertise in management accounting and validates their knowledge and understanding of key management accounting concepts and practices.
