Kerry Phillips (Bialis) is an experienced professional in asset and property management, currently serving as an Associate in Asset Management at Link Logistics since October 2021. Previously, Kerry held the position of Property Manager at Hines from November 2019 to October 2021 and at JLL for a short stint in 2019, managing approximately 300,000 square feet of real estate in Buckhead and overseeing financial reports for ownership. Before these roles, Kerry worked at Irvine Company from February 2015 to June 2019, progressing from Resident Relations Representative to Senior Associate and finally to Assistant Manager of Operations, managing financial and operational functions for Class A properties totaling over 900,000 square feet. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University.
