Luci Smith

Luci Smith, BOMA Fellow, RPA, FMA, currently serves as Chair Elect and Vice Chair for the BOMA International Board since June 2023. With over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, Luci is the Director of Property Management at Link Logistics Real Estate since October 2019, previously holding the position of Associate Director - Property Management and General Manager at CBRE from September 2016 to October 2019. Luci has also managed over 3 million square feet of industrial space as a Senior Real Estate Manager for Global Logistics Properties and operated 40+ industrial properties as a Senior Property Manager at EastGroup Properties Inc. Prior experience includes roles at Duke Realty Corporation and service in the US Army as a Tactical Satellite Communications Specialist. Education was completed at Valencia College.
