Matt Younggren

Matt Younggren has a strong background in IT solutions and infrastructure services. Matt currently works as a Senior Engineer specializing in M365 and Identity at Link Logistics. Before that, they held the position of Senior Associate - M365 Engineer at Revantage, A Blackstone Portfolio Company. Prior to that, they worked at Alliant Energy as a Solutions Architect, where they provided technical leadership and oversight for IT solutions related to infrastructure services. Matt was also responsible for documenting and communicating the architectural design of software and hardware solutions. Additionally, they served as a Senior Windows Server Administrator at Alliant Energy, where they had a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Office 365 Administration, AzureAD, Teams, EMS, and automation using Azure Functions, PowerShell Runbooks, LogicApps, and Flows. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Systems Engineer at EnCompass Iowa.

Matt Younggren completed their education at the University of Northern Iowa, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology Management from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Kirkwood Community College from 2003 to 2005, earning an Associate of Science degree in Telecommunications. In addition to their formal education, Matt has obtained several certifications, including the Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate from Microsoft in December 2022, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in July 2022, the Okta Certified Administrator from Okta in November 2021, the Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals from Microsoft in January 2020, the CompTIA Network+ Certification from CompTIA in May 2009, and the CompTIA A+ Certification from CompTIA in March 2008. Matt also holds an Okta Certified Professional certification from Okta, Inc., with no specified date of completion.
