Nicholas Makinen

Nicholas Makinen began their work experience as a Market Research Analyst at James Andrew Group in May 2019. Nicholas then interned at SITE Centers from August 2019 to September 2019. Following this, they worked as a Sales Associate at Beer Run NYC from January 2019 to July 2021. Makinen then joined Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. as an Assistant Project Manager in February 2021 and worked there until March 2022. Currently, they are working as a Property Management Administrator at Link Logistics Real Estate starting in March 2022.

Nicholas Makinen earned their Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Borough of Manhattan Community College, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Nicholas then pursued further education at Baruch College, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from 2018 to 2020.
