Ryan Shelton

Ryan Shelton has extensive experience in the real estate industry, starting their career as an Assistant Project Manager at Sares-Regis Group. Ryan then worked as a Transaction Manager/Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle, where they played an active role in closing lease transactions. After that, they were a Senior Analyst at TIAA-CREF, specializing in underwriting assets and evaluating lease transactions. Ryan then joined American Realty Advisors as a Senior Associate, where they focused on office and industrial asset management. Following that, they worked as an Assistant Vice President at GLP US Management LLC, overseeing leasing and property operations in Southern California. Ryan was later promoted to Vice President and continued to oversee leasing and operations for a substantial industrial portfolio. Currently, Ryan is working as a Senior Vice President at Link Logistics Real Estate.

Ryan then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at USC Marshall School of Business from 2013 to 2016.
