Scott A. Anderson

Scott is Link’s chief accounting officer, responsible for the company’s accounting function, including property and corporate accounting, internal financial reporting and compliance, fund reporting and financial controls.

Before joining Link, Scott served as the executive vice president and chief accounting officer for HCP, Inc. Additionally, he has held various leadership roles, including senior vice president of Financial Risk Management, with Apartment Investment Management Company. He has over 25 years of financial and accounting experience, serving companies in the real estate industry with investments in hotels, multi-family and healthcare assets. His leadership roles and experience include the management of accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, and information technology business functions.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife, Tracey, have three children. In his free time, Scott enjoys skiing, golfing and traveling.
